My heart will skip and then a strong pound in my chest as it beats again when I have palpitations. Also when I walk I feel a chest tightness sometimes which makes me stop walking until it's over.
I am less than a year post liver transplant. I have been having palpitations a few times a day in the past few months. I feel it up into my neck and feel light headed. I have to just stand there for a few minutes and take some deep breaths until it passes. I get lab tests in the morning to see if my potassium level is too high.

I can feel it skip, then I get a feeling in the base of my throat like I'm going to gag. Otherwise I don’t feel too bad, but the irregular beats are driving me nuts. I am very anxious also.
I have palpitations every day and also up the left side of my neck. Sometimes I feel I can’t breathe. I have had this for 40 years but it has definitely got worse as I got older. I am waiting to go back to the heart specialist.

My palpitations feel like skipping sensations and at times when I'm at rest it feels like my heart wants to stop. I feel most of my palpitations when I'm at rest. Sometimes they feel like someone is pounding on my chest. I get up right away. It feels like my heart skips a beat then it continues with a heartbeat. One cardiologist told me that I will need a pacemaker one day. I had a heart attack 25 years ago. I'm tired most of the time.
I've been getting palpitations with shortness of breath for the past three days. I feel panicky. It happens off and on during the day. I also have a history of low blood pressure.
