USES:This medication is used to relieveanxietyand tension. Additionally, it is used to preventnauseaandvomitingfromcancertreatment as well as minimizing recall of the procedure.

HOW TO USE:This is a sublingual tablet. Do not swallow this. Place the tablet under the tongue. It will dissolve in about 20 seconds. Wait at least 2 minutes before swallowing to ensure the drug is absorbed. Do not increase your dose, use it more frequently or use it for a longer period of time than prescribed because this drug can be habit-forming. Also, if used for an extended period, do not suddenly stop using this drug without your doctor's approval. Over time, this drug may not work as well. Consult your doctor if this medication stops working well.

副作用:Drowsiness,dizziness, incoordination,weakness,headacheor stomach upset may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop: rapid/pounding/irregular heartbeat, vision changes, slurred speech,confusion,memory loss,depressionor behavior changes. In the unlikely event you have a seriousallergic reactionto this drug, seek immediate medical attention. Symptoms of a seriousallergicreaction include:rash,itching, swelling, severedizziness, troublebreathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

PRECAUTIONS:Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of:kidney disease,liver disease,glaucoma, muscle weakness,alcoholuse,substance abuse,depression,allergies(especially drugallergies). Because this medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness, use caution operating machinery or engaging in activities requiring alertness such as driving. Limit intake of alcohol while taking this medication since it may increase the drowsiness and dizziness effects of this drug. The elderly may be more sensitive to the effects of this medication. Use cautiously. This medication is not recommended for use duringpregnancy. Consult your doctor before using this drug.Lorazepamis excreted intobreast milkand may have undesirable effects on anursinginfant. Consult your doctor.

DRUG INTERACTIONS:Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescriptiondrugsyou may use, especially of: anti-seizuredrugs,antidepressants, narcoticpainrelievers, sleeping pills, tranquilizers. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

OVERDOSE:If overdose is suspected, contact your localpoison controlcenter or emergency room immediately. US residents can call the US national poison hotline at 1-800-222-1222. Canadian residents should call their local poison control center directly. Symptoms of overdose may include confusion, slow reflexes, clumsiness, deepsleep, andloss of consciousness.

NOTES:Do not share this medication with others.

错过剂量:Take each dose at the scheduled time. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

STORAGE:Store this medication at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat, light and moisture. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children.
